LETTER ADDENDUMS

Each Addendum contains details for a specific property that will automatically be inserted into the text of your generic quotes, contracts, arrival instructions, and other correspondence.     Explained another way,  you’ll have generic letters, but you can use codes in your generic letters that will insert each property-specific addendum.  The examples below should clarify how the addenda are used:

Example Quote Addendum - “A maximum of 8 people are allowed in this home.  No pets are allowed in this home.”

Example Contract Addendum - “You must check out  of this home by  10am”

Example Arrival Letter Addendum -  “The phone number for this property is 407-555-1212.    The electronic deadbolt code is 1234″

Example Pet Addendum - “A maximum of two pets are allowed.  No pets over 50 points are allowed”
