STEPS:

1) I Click my “reply” button in my e-mail program.

2) I verify that the incoming inquiry e-mail has an arrival and departure date (or number of nights).

3) In my outgoing e-mail, I quickly type the answers to any unusual questions a guest might have.

4) I FORWARD the outgoing guest’s e-mail to the www.RentalReply.com service.

5) RentalReply immediately replies to the guest e-mail FOR ME, with a PRECISE rental quote. The automatic (but personal-looking) e-mail also contains a link to my online reservation form, so that the guest can calculate precise quotes for OTHER available dates, or reserve our rental homes online. Below is what the price quote line looks like in the personalized e-mail:

“Cleaning: $69.00 + Nightly Rate: 7nts x $119.00 + $117.26 = $1019.26″
