Quickly Create a Reservation
RentalReply gives you several ways to calculate the monthly taxes you collect to remit to your state, county or city.
When you or your guests use the Inquiry Form, taxes are calculated automatically using the percentages you’ve provided in “Admin > Edit Property” for each home.
Alternatively, you can use one of two quick tax calculators at “Reservations > Edit > Add New Reservation”
If you know the Taxable Rental Amount (which does not include taxes), type it in row #1, and click the “calc” link, also in row 1. This will calculate all taxes and the Total Rental Amount.
If you know the Total Rental Amount (which includes taxes), type it in row 7, then click the “calc” link, also in row 7. This will reverse calculate taxes and the Taxable Rental Amount.
