| SUMMARY |
Purpose: To display stacked charts that help you visually recognize trends in Revenues, Occupancy, Income Sources and Inquiry Sources. A stacked, or “area” chart shows the totals of your choices and also shows the individual contribution of each property selected
How to Use: Select the date range, select the properties, select the currency. Click “Go.”
Hint: Since dates will align on all the charts you choose, you may want to select two or more charts that will appear near each other so that you can compare the relationships between them. For example, you may want to know the relationship of increased inquiries to your revenue.
Property Revenue Trends - This chart displays property revenue trends for the date range and properties selected. Revenues are automatically converted and displayed in the currency you select.
Occupancy Trends - This chart displays the occupancy trend (in nights) for the date range and properties that you select.
Income by Property - This chart displays income trends (in nights) for the date range and properties selected.
Inquiry Trends - This chart displays trends in the number of inquiries through VRBO, Homeaway, VacationRentals.com - and other inquiry sources - when you use the automated inquiry response system.
