Forms - My Form List
| SUMMARY |
Use the Forms section to print income, tax, and collection allowance information directly on your state, county and other tax forms. This feature will save you a lot of time when preparing your rental taxes each month. Simply print the completed forms, sign them, and mail them in with your tax payment.
1. Use “Add a Form to My Form List” to search for your forms by state or form number, then click the “Add” link to add them to “My Form List.” If you can’t find the form you’re looking for, send us an e-mail and we’ll see if we can add it for you.
2. After you add a form to “My Forms List,” enable the checkboxes for the properties
3. Click “Print Selected Forms with Tax & Sales Info” to immediately download a printable file completed with your property and tax information.

To display reservations for a specific date range, type the beginning date and ending date in the text boxes near the top of the screen or click the links near the top to quickly shift the date range.

You’ll save time each month because you’ll download the forms with your property and tax information already merged on the forms. Just print, sign, and mail the forms.
My Form List - This list contains the forms you want to to print for your various properties.
Delete - Click this link to remove a form from “My Form list.”
Property ID - Not all Forms may apply to all properties. For example, you may own properties in different counties, different states, or different countries. Enable checkboxes for the properties that match each form.
Print Selected Forms with My Tax & Sales Info - Click this button to download forms that contain your tax, revenue and property information completed on the form ready to print, sign, and mail.
