Purpose: To provide feedback from your guests to watch over your contractors and to improve things that will lead to more reservations and more income.

How to Use: Send an e-mail to your guests after their departure with a link to your property survey. Your guests can quickly complete the 20 question survey and the results are tallied in the Guest Survey Results. Use survey information to isolate quality problems and to monitor the work of your cleaners, landscapers, and other contractors.

Hint: You can filter your survey results by date and by property to compare old survey information to new survey information.

Importance Questions - Knowing the reasons that your guests chose your property can help you decide how to spend your future advertising and marketing budget.

Expectation Questions - Knowing whether your property met your guest’s expectations can help you decide I you should change your advertising and marketing or if you need to change your procedures or contractors, or if you should change your guest’s expectations in your correspondence with them.

Yes / No Questions - Yes /No questions can let you know if you can expect guests to return or if they will refer your property to others.

Repair / Replacement Notes - Your guests repair / replacement notes will reveal issues your cleaners and maintenance contractors don’t’ see or don’t tell you about.

Guest Comments - Guest comments will let you know what’s on your guest’s minds, what you’re doing right and what you need to improve.
